Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Base.dailycare@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in this process if needed.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Base.dailycare@gmail.com We will make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
